Some Goodies and some LO's

So we had to cut tonight's crop a little short because Nick wasn't feeling well and Tammy had to go home, but we still got a little bit of cropping and a bit of shopping done too of course!!We also made a new friend, Barbara...Hi, Barbara :) She did an awesome LO of her daughter playing soccer that me and Tammy just loved!! I did this LO there and am pretty happy with the way it turned out! It was a scraplift of Ali's "Backseat Driver" on sb.com :)

I started this second LO right before we had to leave so I came home and finished it. I am really liking this one too!

After Tammy dropped me off at home, me and Miguel went and had dinner with some friends and we got to come home and spend some time together minus the Monkey!! (thanks to my mommy!)So all in all, it was a good night :) But it's two thirty in the morning and I should try to get some good sleep while I can. Mikey will be back tomorrow and back in the middle of the bed!! So good night!!

A Pressie From Australia and more goodies :)

I just HAD to say "pressie" because that is what Janey calls it and I just love it!! LOL :) I got these awesome bags of chipboard from my new friend Janey who lives all the way in Australia!! Thank you so much, Janey!!! I can't wait to use them!!

Me and Tammy also went to HL today and did some minor damage on their half off sale. I got these yummy Autumn Leaves stamps that Tammy and my sis already had and I just LOVED so I had to snatch them up! I also got some Doodlebug stickers, some MM alpha rubs, a Daisy D's sheet of rubs, and two great finds in paper: the Halfway Cafe line from Cosmo Cricket and this cool pack of Bazzill...LOVE them!! Oh, I also found this cute sign on my way out and just HAD to have it even if it wasn't on sale...LOL!






Tomorrow night, Tammy and I are cropping at 911...hope they still have some of their new goodies left!! After that, I promise I will be good on my spending :P

I have to list seven random things about me. I will try :)

1. I hate any CREAMY or WHITE food...don't like milk, eggs, mayonaisse, cool whip, ranch dressing..you get the picture..don't know why either. ALTHOUGH I will eat creamy if it's chocolate!! LOL

2. I took two naps today...a two hour one and then a FOUR hour one with Mikey. Didn't get much sleep last night w/all that scary rain!

3. We don't wear our shoes in the house....I'm a big germaphobe!!

4. I can't leave the house unless it's in some kind of order...yes, I also have OCD!! LOL

5. I don't know how to swim!

6. I think entirely TOO much...and live inside my head most of the time.

7. I can NOT live w/out music!


BTW, today is day three back on the treadmill. Did my 2.5 miles, but only ran three minutes straight then two. It's going to be harder than I thought to get back where I was :( But I'm not giving up!!

So it has been a few days since I got to do anything "scrappy". I was itching to do SOMETHING! This is what I came up with.

I bought this Flirtini paper at 911 so long ago. I put it away and then just forgot about it! I'm trying to use up some of my old stash. I need to come up with a way to keep my newer products up front so that I don't forget them and have them become outdated. This LO is pretty simple, but I like it. And at least I got to spend SOME time scrapping today. I needed it!!
So, yesterday, I FINALLY got back on the treadmill. After having to stop a few times to take stuff out from under the belt (a book of Mikey's) and from the MOTOR ( a sticker Mikey pulled off the treadmill and obviously stuck in there)! It kept making this HORRIBLE whining noise....that's how I found the stuff in there!! After that, I was able to run five minutes straight right off the bat...was kind of happy about that, but sad that I had already gotten so far before (up to 13 minutes straight..almost a full mile). I hope it doesn't take me long to get back to where I was. I did a total of 2.5 miles in 25 minutes. I ran the last three again, but those three minutes were HARD!! My goal....to ultimately RUN two miles straight in the least amount of time...maybe 20 minutes to start with and then hopefully I can do it faster. I really hope I stick to it longer than two months this time. I want to make it a part of my daily routine. Wish me luck!! :)

A LO

I finally got the chance to work on that LO I wanted to with my stamps and Zigs. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I used some pics of Mikey I took just yesterday. I need to get some more photo paper and color ink for my printer...running low :( I guess I'll only be able to do more scrapping if I use my 4x6 sheets of photo paper so all my pics will have to be smaller than I normally use. Hmm...I'll have to work with it I guess until I can get to Office Depot. Anyway, not much exciting going on here. Lij is sick...again..throat and ear infection. Mikey is...well, Mikey and I am going a bit stir crazy since it's Wednesday and Miguel hasn't been home early all week :( Can't wait for the weekend.

And here's a little something I made using a 12x12 sheet of the new Imagination Project Circus Rose Playlist pp (My Top Ten). I cut the little cards out, mounted them on chipboard, then cut them out. I covered the backs with AC papers. The little cards have differnt things like "My Top Ten Moments", "My Favorite Friends" ect.

Happy Mail Day

I haven't done much but clean today, but I was happy to get these in the mail from scrabook.com. I have been looking for these stamps forever and everyone was always OUT OF STOCK!! I got an email from sb.com when they got more in and I JUMPED on them! I can't wait to use them. I think I'll do a LO using only stamps and my new Zigs to color them in! Oh, I also have to post the new pages I did at Tammy's on Sunday for my mom's book. And I'm also going to try to do my Week 15 card later tonight. Mikey hasn't napped much today so maybe he'll go down early and stay down and I can have a little relaxing, scrappy "me" time :)

Ebay Goodies..

I forgot to post a pic of these yummy Zigs I got from ebay a couple of days ago. I figured I could use them to color in those cool AL alpha stamps I just got or to doodle with, ect.






I also found this cute ad in one of my issues of CK and thought it was so true and funny so I framed it on my wall in my scraproom :)

A LO and my week 14 card...

Here's a LO I did a few days ago with my new Autumn Leaves alpha stamps that I am just LOVING!! It's very simple, but I like it! The pic of the kids up against that wall in our backyard made me think of some kind of ad for like Gap kids or something. I love that Mikey is doing "his own thing" which made me come up with that title. I used a pic of birds on our feeder for my card for this week. TFL :)

Inspired by Janey...

Per Janey's challenge to get us all to make a little book like the one she did about her "Scrap Friends", I almost finished mine up today. I still need to add the journaling or whatever I decide will go on the page opposing the pics and I need a pic, Janey or if you want, I will just use the one I already have. I don't think my book is nearly as good as Janey's :( but I like it well enough!! LOL
