Mother's Day LO

Here's a LO I did with a couple of pics of me and the boys on Mother's Day. Not too crazy about it, but there it is. I also did three of my cards. Not to crazy about those either, but I just felt like I HAD to do some scrapping yesterday. I was tired and had alot on my mind so it's not my best, but oh well!!

WOW! I didn't realize how long it had been since I last blogged!! Not much had been going on I guess!! I got a few LO's done at the crop on Saturday. It was lots of fun! We finally got to meet Gina...super sweet!! Can't wait to scrap with her again!! And Michele...a new friend from scrapbook.com :) She just started scrapbooking but I hope she will join us again at another crop! Barbara was there again too! It is so nice...we are making new friends each time we go. So nice to scrap at a place where we know people and people know us...it just feels like "home" :) I've shopped at other sb stores, but I really love it at 911! Anywho....LOL...here's my LO's. I'm going to try to finish up my cards...I am so behind!! Maybe I'll post some later tonight. I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day!! :)

A Good Monday

YAY! Tammy is back from Austin and I am not lonely anymore! LOL We decided to say the heck with our cleaning today and we headed out to our favorite spot...SB911 for a little therapy!! LOL I was actually very good and only spent $18!! I can't even believe it!! Tammy spent more, but she says it was all my fault! LOL Okay, I'll take the blame!! Hee,hee!! I got some cool, new papers and this really neat little 7 Gypsies book I'm going to fix up for Miguel for Father's Day. I already have some cool ideas for it too!! The stamps are Autumn Leaves and I got those in the mail today from scrapbook.com. I just loved them in the friends book Janey made and I HAD to buy them!!

And here is a pic I took of some beautiful flowers that are growing on this "tree" that Miguel planted in our front yard. I don't know what they are called, but they are so pretty!!



I ended up doing a good part of my cleaning today in the late afternoon. Still have a bit to do tomorrow, but maybe after I can work on the last three weeks cards for the art journal challenge. I already got pics printed out for two of them and a couple of ideas so maybe I'll get some scrapping time in while Mikey naps. Well, I should head off to bed. I'm tired and I have an earache :( Nighty nite!

So happy that I got a little more scrapping done today! I think I'd better stop though because I might run out of ideas by this coming Saturday's crop! I think I'll just start sketching my LO's and getting my stuff together for the weekend. I still need to do the last two week's cards for the art journal challenge also. Maybe I'll just do those plus this weeks card during the week and save the LO's for Saturday. Anyway, here are the LO's I did. One is pretty simple,but I like it. And I really LOVE the way the one of all the kids together came out!! I've been using sketches lately and it really helps ALOT!

Happy National Scrapbook Day :)

My sis came over today and we scrapped the day away!! I got three LO's done. I used a sketch for all three, but changed them up a bit to make them my own! I am really loving the way they turned out! My sis got alot done too! I'm sure she'll post on her blog! I hope you all got lots of scrapping done too and maybe a little bit of shopping! :)

LOL Today is my good friend Tammy's birthday and I just wanted to wish her a very GOOD one!! Tammy will be turning 21 today...LOL..she is FINALLY legal...go Tammy...go!! Get your drink on!! LOL I think it was almost a year ago when I "met" Tammy. I know she was still up in Michigan and we would "talk" through email and IM too I guess...can't remember. Anyway, I liked her alot and thought she was such a great, funny, kind, person, so I was SO happy to hear that she was moving down to San Antonio. Even happier, when I found out she was living RIGHT down the road from me! Ahh...it was FATE! LOL Getting to the point, I love Tammy...she's such a great person, and wonderful friend and I'm so glad she moved to Texas....HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIOTCH!! LOL JK :)

Another LO

Yay..today I got to get a little more scrapping done! After my mom's book, I got to work on this quick LO of the kids this past Easter while Mikey and Lij played semi quietly! I really like the way this turned out and I'm happy to say that it was all my idea and not a scraplift! I totally need to do my cards for last week and this week. Maybe tomorrow....

It's done!!

The book I was making for my Mom to give her on Mother's Day is done! I did the last page today and decorated the little purse. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out!

I also finally took a picture of that volcano that Elijah had to do for his Science project. It's not the best pic because I took it last night after dark, but I wanted to take a pic of it before I threw it away. It had been sitting on top of the fridge for weeks and yesterday while I was cleaning, I decided to finally get rid of the thing! I think Miguel did such a great job with it considering what we had to work with!

Some Goodies and some LO's

So we had to cut tonight's crop a little short because Nick wasn't feeling well and Tammy had to go home, but we still got a little bit of cropping and a bit of shopping done too of course!!We also made a new friend, Barbara...Hi, Barbara :) She did an awesome LO of her daughter playing soccer that me and Tammy just loved!! I did this LO there and am pretty happy with the way it turned out! It was a scraplift of Ali's "Backseat Driver" on sb.com :)

I started this second LO right before we had to leave so I came home and finished it. I am really liking this one too!

After Tammy dropped me off at home, me and Miguel went and had dinner with some friends and we got to come home and spend some time together minus the Monkey!! (thanks to my mommy!)So all in all, it was a good night :) But it's two thirty in the morning and I should try to get some good sleep while I can. Mikey will be back tomorrow and back in the middle of the bed!! So good night!!
