The LO I scraplifted

I hope this works!!

YAY...it did! This is the LO that I loved and wanted to copy! I love her work!!

A Scrappy Kind of Day :)

Yay! I got to do TWO LO's today!! I always feel so good when I get to spend time scrapping. Even if I do have to stop every couple of minutes to check on the kiddos and referee a fight! One of them, I started last night and then worked on today, but I had a change of heart on some things so I am still working on it and will post the finished LO when I am done. The other one, I scraplifted from a neighbor on sb.com: cheryljunegirl. I just love her work and when I saw the way she used the heart shape from the Bazzill cardstock with an Edge, I just had to try it. I REALLY, REALLY love the way it turned out! I should post a pic of her LO too. I'll try to get the link and see if I can. Anyway, here is the LO.

My sis came over to spend the night tonight. We made strawberry daquiries....mmmmm....Tomorrow we are going to scrap, so I will finish up my LO and see what else I can come up with. I need to take some pics of the little 7 Gypsies book I have been working on for Miguel as a Father's Day gift. Okay, it's late and I'm tired and I'm sure the kids will be up really early!! Night! :)

Did I do Elsie justice??

I got a chance to play with my Elsie stuff yesterday and came up with this LO with a pic of Mikey I had just taken earlier in the morning. I like it, but don't feel like I did Miss Elsie justice :( I know, I know...I'm probably my worst critic. Well, here it is!

CARDS

YAY! I got to catch up on my cards while Mikey played like a good boy in my scrapbook room with me. I have a bin with old stickers that I will never use and Mikey loves to play with them. He sticks them all over the place, but if it keeps him happy...so be it!!

I'm pretty happy with the way these came out and now I am all caught up!! Now I need to finish up some other scrapping I've been doing. Maybe I can work on some more stuff later tonight. Lij's last day of school is tommorow and then it's two and a half months of "Mom, he's hitting me", "Mom, Mikey is in my room"...oh God, anyone want to babysit my kids while I take a two month cruise? Any takers?? Hello?? LOL JK :)

Some More LO's

I finally got a little bit of scrapping done yesterday...Thank Goodness!! LOL I still need to do my cards...three of them...gotta catch up!! I'm not sure if I should add anything to these LO's. Maybe some kind of title to the one of me and Mikey and maybe "best friends" somewhere on the pic with rubons on the LO of Mikey and Barney?? Not sure. Anyway, this is what I have for now. TFL :)

A New LO

My sister came over on Saturday and spent the night. It was lots of fun...kind of made me miss the days when we still lived together :( The kids had a blast too and also made WAY TOO much noise!! LOL Okay, it was mostly Mikey!! :) She scrapped most of the day and I ended up doing some more organizing and purging. I got some stuff set aside to sell at the next 911 yard sale. I ended up doing one LO later in the evening. I was inspired by a LO in the June issue of CK. I'm really happy with the way it came out! We took those pics earlier in the day in the backyard while the kids were playing. I saw a pic Elsie took of herself in the grass and wanted one too!! LOL I hope you all like it too!! :)

Mother's Day LO

Here's a LO I did with a couple of pics of me and the boys on Mother's Day. Not too crazy about it, but there it is. I also did three of my cards. Not to crazy about those either, but I just felt like I HAD to do some scrapping yesterday. I was tired and had alot on my mind so it's not my best, but oh well!!

Some LOs from Saturday's crop

WOW! I didn't realize how long it had been since I last blogged!! Not much had been going on I guess!! I got a few LO's done at the crop on Saturday. It was lots of fun! We finally got to meet Gina...super sweet!! Can't wait to scrap with her again!! And Michele...a new friend from scrapbook.com :) She just started scrapbooking but I hope she will join us again at another crop! Barbara was there again too! It is so nice...we are making new friends each time we go. So nice to scrap at a place where we know people and people know us...it just feels like "home" :) I've shopped at other sb stores, but I really love it at 911! Anywho....LOL...here's my LO's. I'm going to try to finish up my cards...I am so behind!! Maybe I'll post some later tonight. I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day!! :)

A Good Monday

YAY! Tammy is back from Austin and I am not lonely anymore! LOL We decided to say the heck with our cleaning today and we headed out to our favorite spot...SB911 for a little therapy!! LOL I was actually very good and only spent $18!! I can't even believe it!! Tammy spent more, but she says it was all my fault! LOL Okay, I'll take the blame!! Hee,hee!! I got some cool, new papers and this really neat little 7 Gypsies book I'm going to fix up for Miguel for Father's Day. I already have some cool ideas for it too!! The stamps are Autumn Leaves and I got those in the mail today from scrapbook.com. I just loved them in the friends book Janey made and I HAD to buy them!!

Here's an updated pic of my scraproom just for fun :)

And here is a pic I took of some beautiful flowers that are growing on this "tree" that Miguel planted in our front yard. I don't know what they are called, but they are so pretty!!

I ended up doing a good part of my cleaning today in the late afternoon. Still have a bit to do tomorrow, but maybe after I can work on the last three weeks cards for the art journal challenge. I already got pics printed out for two of them and a couple of ideas so maybe I'll get some scrapping time in while Mikey naps. Well, I should head off to bed. I'm tired and I have an earache :( Nighty nite!

Some more LO's

So happy that I got a little more scrapping done today! I think I'd better stop though because I might run out of ideas by this coming Saturday's crop! I think I'll just start sketching my LO's and getting my stuff together for the weekend. I still need to do the last two week's cards for the art journal challenge also. Maybe I'll just do those plus this weeks card during the week and save the LO's for Saturday. Anyway, here are the LO's I did. One is pretty simple, but I like it. And I really LOVE the way the one of all the kids together came out!! I've been using sketches lately and it really helps ALOT!
